He snaked my drainage pipe and replaced the leaky pipe. He was very friendly and very professional. I would call them again without hesitation. Job well done.

I would highly recommend RFC Contracting to anyone. They responded immediately when I had an urgent plumbing problem. Kris came first thing in the morning and started working right away so I was able to use water everywhere except one of my showers. They went that same day to Richfield Springs to get the correct faucets, then Kris volunteered to complete the job on Saturday morning so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday. Kris is knowledgeable, friendly and courteous, and got here exactly at the time he said he would. The price was reasonable and he did a great job.



RFC made replacing two non-functional cellar sump pumps easy! I called for service, Kris came out, gave me a fair quote and got the job done all in the span of two hours. Awesome service!! Highly recommend.



I live in NH and went to visit my 100 y/o mom in Utica. When I got to her house I discovered that there was a leak in both the kitchen sink faucet and in the sink sprayer. I went online and found RFC Contracting. Their reviews were great so I gave them a call and they picked up right away. Mitch and Chris were at mom's house an hour and a half later and replaced the faucet and sprayer and added new valves under the sink (the old ones were shot). Excellent job and reasonably priced.
